About MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Training
Why I Teach MMA
For me, MMA is not just about fighting. It's about learning to handle pressure, thinking on your feet, and getting back up when life knocks you down. I see it as a mix of strategy and grit, not just brute force.
What Happens in My Classes
- We start with basics, so don't worry if you're new. I cover MMA striking techniques like jabs, crosses, and kicks, plus how to defend yourself.
- You'll get hands-on with pads and bags to build real power and stamina.
- On the ground, we dive into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for beginners and wrestling. Expect to learn takedowns, ground control, and submissions.
- We mix it all up with ground-and-pound drills and MMA sparring sessions, so you learn to flow between striking and grappling.
Who Joins My Classes
- Total beginners, kids (from 4 years), working folks, and those aiming for tournaments.
- If you want self-defense MMA classes or just want to get fitter, you'll fit right in.
- No need to be a pro or super fit to start.
Our Vibe
This is not a place where you train alone. Namma team (our team) is a bunch of people who push each other, laugh, and sometimes get bruised together. Your training partner is your best teacher.
Where We Train
I run classes in HSR Layout and Hosa Road/Electronic City, Bangalore. Timings are flexible, but do check for the latest batch slots.
Banni, kaliri (Come, learn). Try a class and see if it's for you.

My Story
Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sports run in my veins, from MMA to cricket, even PlayStation games back in the day—man, I ruled at Burnout! Now, I’d rather hit the court than hit the gym. Nature keeps me grounded, and dogs, especially Pit Bulls, teach me about real love and loyalty. Mindset is everything, in fights and in life. Stay true, stay wild, bring it on.
