My Approach: Yoga Is Medicine, Not a Chore
I see yoga as the asli (real) medicine - if you take this, you might avoid popping those pills. My main thing? I want to keep my body fit so I don't become a bojh (burden) on anyone, and that's real independence for me. Yoga isn't boring or stiff - it's full-on masti (fun) and about feeling good inside out.
Healing Beyond the Mat
I use yoga for way more than just fitness. My sessions are built around fixing the root cause of your trouble:
- Nagging lower back pain? We’ll use props, straps, and even inversions to decompress your spine.
- WFH slouching or that stubborn pelvic tilt? We use chairs, ropes, and targeted moves for real posture correction.
- Struggling with digestion, bloating, or even PCOS/PCOD? There are specific asanas and stretches that help balance hormones and improve gut health.
- Asthma or varicose veins bugging you? I’ve got simple routines to give relief, not just temporary fixes.
Mind Work Matters
Stress, anxiety, or low focus? Pranayama, sound healing meditation, and writing meditation are core in my practice. I teach students how to boost memory and focus, especially when exams are around.
What Makes My Class Different
I'm a hands-on teacher, correcting alignment and making sure you truly get the benefit. We use all kinds of props - ropes, aerial hammocks, chairs - to make even tough poses safe and possible. Aerial and chair yoga are for everyone, from kids to grandparents. Even seniors in their 60s enjoy and benefit from my classes.
Yoga is for every age and body type - sabke liye (for everyone). No fancy gear needed, just a willingness to try. Health hai toh future hai (if you have health, you have a future).

My Story
Main finance ki duniya se yoga ki taraf aa gaya, ekdum by chance. Khud seekha, aur fir body, mind sab kuch badal gaya. Aum ka ghoonj jaisa sukoon mila. Tab laga, yeh sabko milna chahiye. Bachhon ke saath masti mein yoga karna, games khelna, unko strong banana - bas wahi mera mission hai. Life coach bhi hoon, but yoga mere liye sirf exercise nahi, ek poora way of living hai. Aapki journey mein saath chalne ko ready hoon.
