I teach you how to handle the fear of falling so you can build real balance and strength. It is never just about holding a pose, but about understanding what your body needs to get there.
You will notice that my classes go beyond just mat practice. Whether you are struggling with the fear of falling in Bakasana or trying to increase your flexibility for splits, the secret lies in the drills. We focus on animal walks, repetition, and targeted conditioning that makes advanced yoga accessible to everyone.
My studio in Vile Parle West is designed for this kind of experimentation. We use wall ropes for spinal traction and props to help you move safely. For kids, we turn this same discipline into memory games and challenges, ensuring they build fitness habits that stick for life.
We also tackle myths, like the idea that you need to be flexible to start. You do not. You just need to show up. If you are in Mumbai and want to move past your limitations, I have space in my upcoming batches. We keep the group size small, around 10 to 15 students, so I can give you the hands-on corrections you need to avoid injury and actually progress.
