While our main studio was undergoing a beautiful renovation, our yoga flow continued in this serene temporary space. We are grateful for the energy and practice, no matter where we are.

About Welcome to Our Studio
Our Vile Parle studio is built for results, not just poses. We have a dedicated wall-rope system for spinal traction and aerial hammocks for core strength. You are not just coming here to stretch; you are coming to fix back pain, manage PCOD, or simply find the energy to get through a busy Mumbai week. Come as you are, we have the gear and the space waiting.
Not Your Typical Quiet Studio
Walk in, and you will see mats, yes, but you will also see wall ropes and aerial hammocks. My philosophy is simple: if you have health, you have a future. I transitioned from the finance world to yoga because I realized fitness is the only true medicine you need.
What We Do Here
- Rope Yoga: We use Iyengar-style wall ropes to safely decompress your spine. Perfect if you have desk-job stiffness or chronic back pain.
- Aerial Hammocks: Want to flip, spin, and build core strength without feeling like you are 'working out'? This is for you.
- Therapeutic Focus: We tackle specific issues like PCOD, thyroid imbalances, and weight management with targeted asanas. No shortcuts, just consistent practice.
- For the Kids: Our 'Little Yogis' sessions are high-energy. We use games like Team Langdi and pillow squats to build height, focus, and confidence.
Join the Community
Whether you are 18 or 62, there is a spot for you. My batches are capped at 10 to 15 students because I need to give you manual corrections to keep you safe. We laugh, we sweat, and we get stronger together. If you cannot make it to Vile Parle, my online sessions bring the same energy and structure directly to your home.
