We train as a tribe. Here, a group of new and intermediate members work on their boxing stance and basic punches. Everyone starts somewhere, and we build the foundation together.
This is sports conditioning. We use exercises like explosive medicine ball slams to build the raw, functional power a fighter needs. It's not about pretty muscles, it's about building a weapon.

About this collection
Expect a warehouse-style space with heavy bags and mats, not an AC-cooled fitness center. You must bring your own hand wraps and gloves for every session. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned fighter, we focus on technical fundamentals—stance, footwork, and defensive drills—before moving to bag work or conditioning. Come prepared to work hard, because we do not cut corners.
Our Approach to Combat Fitness
At Tiger Tongue, we operate differently. This is not a gym for show; it is a place to build functional strength and real technical skill. We strip away the fluff and focus on the grit.
What You Learn:
- Boxing: We start with the basics—how to stand, move, and punch with your entire body. You learn head movement, blocking, and proper defensive tactics.
- Muay Thai & Kickboxing: We integrate kicks, knees, and elbows into the mix, building your stamina and power.
- MMA Fundamentals: For those looking for more, we combine striking with grappling and wrestling basics.
Who We Are For:
We train everyone from absolute beginners who have never thrown a punch to pro fighters prepping for events. Our gym in RK Hegde Nagar is inclusive, but the intensity remains high for everyone. If you want to change, we provide the tools, but you have to bring the effort.
Practical Details:
- Sparring: This is reserved only for those who are technically ready and supervised by our coaches. For most members, training happens on pads and heavy bags.
- Conditioning: We use kettlebells, bodyweight circuits, and interval training to forge stamina.
- Requirements: Bring your own wraps and gloves. We provide the space, the training, and the environment.

I built Tiger Tongue because I was tired of gyms that sold fantasies instead of fitness. We are a tribe of fighters, from complete beginners to pros, all training in a raw, warehouse setting in RK Hegde Nagar. You don't need fancy equipment to change—you just need the grit to show up.
