About this collection

In our group sessions, you will not find mindless repetition. Our coaches run strict, timed circuits—think 50 pushups followed immediately by shadow boxing rounds—to keep your heart rate up and focus sharp. This is about executing drills while tired, exactly how you would need to in a real ring.

Training with Purpose

We don't believe in just 'going to the gym.' At our Gurgaon club, every session has a goal. Whether you are hitting the heavy bags to build power or working on footwork in the ring, you are training with intention. Our NIS-certified coaches bring their national and international experience to the floor, ensuring you learn proper form from day one.

What Happens on the Floor

  • High-Intensity Circuits: We mix functional strength moves with boxing drills. It is a full-body workout designed to burn fat and build lean muscle.
  • Technical Sparring: For those ready for the next level, we provide a safe, supervised environment to test your combinations and defensive skills.
  • Pad Work: This is where you develop speed and accuracy. Working one-on-one with a coach allows for immediate feedback on your technique.
