This is what dedication looks like. We drill combinations on the focus mitts until they are sharp and instinctive. Every day of the week.

Working on the jab. It's the first punch you learn and the one you'll use the most. We focus on keeping it fast, straight, and effective.

Even outside, the training doesn't stop. Here we are working on movement and punching technique, keeping the fundamentals sharp.

This drill is about slipping a punch and countering with a hook. It's about turning defense into offense in one fluid motion.

About this collection

We don't do 'fitness boxing' here. Every session starts with correcting your stance and guard—if your foundation is shaky, your punch has zero power. You’ll drill the same jab and hook hundreds of times on the heavy bags or focus mitts until the movement is automatic.

The Foundation

When you walk into our Vidya Nagar gym, you won't find mirrors or air conditioning. You’ll find heavy bags, jump ropes, and people who are actually putting in the time. Everything begins with the jab. It’s the most important punch you will ever learn. We spend rounds on the focus mitts perfecting your reach and snap. If you can’t throw a straight, hard jab, you aren’t ready for anything else.

Why We Drill

We move into footwork—how to step, how to pivot, and how to stay balanced when you throw. If your feet aren’t in the right place, you’re just waving your hands. People often want to jump to sparring immediately, but that’s how you get hurt. We drill the basics—slip, block, return—until they are instinct. You need to be able to protect yourself before you can attack. We use USI and Everlast heavy bags to build conditioning. You won’t just learn how to punch; you’ll learn how to breathe, how to handle the fatigue, and how to maintain intensity for all three rounds.

Your Commitment

Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, the training is the same. I don't care about your past fitness. I care about your focus today.
