Fitness is for everyone, starting from age 4. Our youth programs include age appropriate exercises like resistance band training, beginner friendly planks, pull up progressions, and fun agility drills.
Our kickboxing classes teach discipline, confidence, and a great full body workout. Here, our younger members learn proper form for punches and kicks with a certified coach holding pads.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Our youth sessions often include partner exercises like medicine ball sit up passes and skill development drills like coached headstand progressions to make fitness a fun, shared experience.
We train athletes of all ages. This session shows our adult members warming up alongside a young athlete learning the fundamentals of a barbell deadlift with proper, supervised technique.
We are excited to bring our youth fitness programs to Thane. Our classes are designed to get kids moving with fun drills, coach led exercises, and skill based challenges like box jumps and agility courses.

About Youth Fitness Programs (Ages 4+)
We don't run standard, boring gym routines for children. Instead, we use obstacle courses, agility drills, and partner games that teach coordination and teamwork while burning off energy. Every session is managed by our coaches to ensure your child builds strength and confidence in a safe, high-energy environment.
