I believe athletics is the foundation of all sports. Our DSMT Athletics program is led by a certified national-level coach to build fundamental speed and endurance in young athletes.
This is what all-round development looks like. Jordan won 5 gold medals in track and field events and was also named Sportsman of the Year for representing the school in three other sports.

About Athletics & All-Round Development
Our athletics program is different because it is led by an NIS-certified national-level coach, not just general trainers. We break down complex movements like sprinting form and proper starts into drills that kids actually enjoy, ensuring they build genuine speed and endurance rather than just running around blindly.
Building a Strong Foundation
Athletics is the base of every sport. Whether your child wants to improve their game in football, hockey, or basketball, the fundamentals remain the same: explosive power, core strength, and efficient movement. We train kids from age 4 and up to master these basics in a safe environment.
Why Our Training Works
- NIS-Certified Expertise: You are not getting hobbyists. Our sessions are led by an NIS-certified national-level coach who understands the biomechanics of growth.
- Technical Focus: We avoid the 'just run' approach. We focus on zig-zag mechanics, coordination drills, and endurance training that prevents injury and promotes longevity.
- Consistency: Training happens every Tuesday and Thursday in Bandra. This consistency is where the magic happens—it turns a one-time effort into a lifetime habit.

I have seen kids start as shy beginners and leave as confident athletes. It is not about medals—though we have plenty of those on our shelves—it is about the discipline they take home.
