About Meet the Coach & Our Philosophy
Real coaching isn't just about showing up; it is about the science of movement. Whether we are working on your starting block clearance or post-injury rehabilitation, we rely on NS-NIS standards. I don't believe in generic fitness routines for everyone. I design specific biomechanical corrections for your unique gait, because your technique today determines your performance on the track or the field tomorrow.
At Risers Academy, we operate on one core belief: Aata nahi tar punha kadhi nahi (If not now, then never). It is a simple motto, but it drives everything we do.
As an international athlete, I have competed on tracks across four countries and won medals for India. However, my most important job is not my own record—it is ensuring that the next generation of athletes in Navi Mumbai has access to the same professional standard of coaching I received. That is why being an NS-NIS certified coach matters. It is the difference between blindly exercising and training with a purpose.
We don’t just watch you run or jump. We analyze. We look at your biomechanics, your stride length, and your explosive power. If you are training for the Maharashtra Police recruitment, we don't just ask you to run 1600m; we fix your running form so you don't burn out before the finish line. If you are an athlete coming back from an injury, our recovery protocols—deep tissue release and PNF stretching—are designed to get you back to 100% capacity safely.
Coaching is a partnership. We provide the equipment—the agility ladders, the sand pits, the resistance parachutes—and the expertise. You provide the dedication. Whether you are a four-year-old taking your first steps on the track or a pro-performance athlete preparing for a state-level meet, the expectation remains the same: effort, consistency, and respect for the game.
