Police and Defence Physical Exam Training
I train dedicated aspirants for Maharashtra Police and defence forces. With my NS-NIS certification and background as an international athlete, I focus on the precise biomechanics needed to ace your 1600m, 100m, and shot put physical tests.
We are experts in preparing top-tier runners for the force. This poster for our free 3-day bootcamp highlights our commitment to helping you achieve your dream of joining the police.
This is the result of just one month of dedicated training. Monish Patil of the Navi Mumbai Police showcases his improved scores in the 1600 meter, 100 meter, and shot put events.
Technique is the backbone of success. Our police training batch works on running form and drills to build the stamina and speed needed for the demanding physical tests.

Where there's a will, there's a way. Our trainees use the natural resistance of water and sand for running and push-up drills, building exceptional strength and endurance.
Hurdle drills are a key part of our police training program. They improve hip mobility, agility, and coordination, which are essential for clearing physical obstacles.
About Police & Defence Force Training
Most aspirants fail their physical tests because they train hard without training smart. In my sessions, we don't just run laps; we analyze your running gait, correct your starting block technique, and use specific hurdles and sandpit drills to build the explosive power required for your 1600m and 100m events. Whether you are prepping for Maharashtra Police or a defence role, I ensure your form is biomechanically sound so you don't just clear the test, you dominate it.
Training Beyond the Basics
Many candidates approach police recruitment with nothing but raw effort. While hard work is the baseline, it is not enough when you are competing against thousands for a single spot. My training program at Risers Academy is built on scientific athletic principles, not just repetitive running.
Why Technique Matters
- 1600m & 100m Strategy: I focus on stride length, foot strike, and oxygen efficiency. We work on your ability to maintain pace under fatigue.
- Shot Put Mechanics: It is not about brute strength. We teach the glide and rotational methods to maximize your distance, ensuring you get those crucial points.
- Explosive Power: We utilize plyometrics, sandpit training, and parachute sprints to enhance your speed and agility, which are critical for the physical assessment.
Our Training Environment
We train where the athletes are made. From our base in Ulwe and Ramsheth Thakur International Sports Complex to beach training sessions, we expose our aspirants to different surfaces and conditions. This builds the resilience needed for real-world physical tests.
Injury Prevention & Recovery
An injury during training can set you back by months. As an NS-NIS certified coach, I monitor your workload to prevent overtraining. We include manual recovery and mobility sessions as part of our routine to keep you on the track and off the treatment table.
Remember: 'Aata nahi tar punha kadhi nahi' (If not now, then never). If you are serious about wearing that uniform, bring the discipline, and I will provide the path.
