We keep our boxing batches limited to 4-5 people max. This isn't a crowded, noisy gym where you get lost in the background. I am right there with you throughout every 60-minute session, fixing your stance, punch combinations, and form to ensure you get the most out of every jab and cross.
What Happens Inside a BoxFit Session
My boxing workouts are designed for anyone—whether you have zero experience or are just bored of the usual treadmill grind. We break each hour-long session into three equal parts to give you a complete, holistic workout:
- Technical Drills (20 mins): We start with the basics. You will learn proper stance, footwork, and punch combinations using focus mitts and bags. It is about learning the skill correctly, not just swinging.
- Endurance (20 mins): This is where we pick up the pace with shadow boxing and battle ropes to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
- Strength Conditioning (20 mins): We finish by building muscle. Using dumbbells and bodyweight, we focus on core strength and functional movements so you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
