In the corner with a young fighter, making sure her headgear is secure before the match. Safety and proper preparation are my top priorities as a coach.
A young fighter performs the Wai Kru Ram Muay, a traditional ritual before a Muay Thai fight. I teach my students the cultural traditions and respect that are central to this martial art.
Showing respect to a young fighter after her performance. This is a core part of Muay Thai, honoring your opponent and the sport itself.
Watching the action closely from the side of the ring. As a coach, I analyze every move to give the best advice between rounds.

About Muay Thai: Coaching & Officiating
When I am not coaching, I am in the ring as a referee, which means I see exactly what wins matches and what gets fighters in trouble. This perspective shapes every pad-work session we do at the academy, so you learn to read an opponent before you even throw a strike.
As a certified Kru, my teaching method goes beyond standard fitness drills. When I officiate at national championships, I am watching every clinch, every strike, and every slip. I take those exact observations back to our mats at RR Nagar and Jayanagar.
Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals or an athlete training for a fight, you need more than just a workout. You need to understand the mechanics of the sport. We cover Muay Thai, boxing, and K1 kickboxing, focusing on the techniques that actually hold up in a real ring environment.
My approach is straightforward: show up, put in the work, and listen to the feedback. During our private sessions, we record your movements so you can see your form and correct your stance in real-time. In our group classes, we maintain the intensity required to build stamina. If you are ready to train with discipline, we have a spot for you on the team.
