About Junior Boxing Champions
Competition is the result, not the starting point. Our junior program balances 50% gymnastics and flexibility training with core boxing mechanics. We use controlled touch-sparring and strict supervision with headgear and chest guards, ensuring your child learns the art of defense before they ever step into a competitive ring.
How We Build Fighters
At The Rock Bull Academy, we don't just teach kids how to throw punches. We build athletes. Our training flow for juniors is split into two distinct age groups: Sub-Juniors (5 to 10 years) and Juniors (11 to 16 years).
We start with the body. Half of the training session is dedicated to gymnastics and calisthenics to build the foundational strength, coordination, and flexibility required for combat sports. Only once the body is capable do we introduce boxing stances, guard positioning, and striking mechanics.
Competition and Safety
When you see our students winning medals at the Karnataka Mini Olympics, know that it comes from months of repetition. We emphasize discipline, respect, and bowing to the opponent. We don't allow reckless sparring. Every sparring session is 'touch sparring'—controlled, supervised, and conducted only when the student is mentally and physically ready, wearing mandatory headgear and chest protection.
Why Train With Us
- Real Experience: Your child learns from coaches who are active in the sport, serving as judges and referees at championships.
- Pathway to Compete: We provide clear pathways to state-level meets and tournaments for students who show the drive.
- Community: We are Team RBA. When one student fights, the whole team supports them. It’s an environment where your child will find focus, make friends, and learn that nothing happens without hard work.
