About Combat Sports & Self-Defense
Not Just About Fighting
I build my training on Dhairya (patience), Ekagrata (focus), and Shakti (strength). It's not just about throwing punches or kicks - it's about building a mindset that helps you handle tough days, both in and out of the ring.
What You Get
I train people in:
- Boxing: Simple but tough, teaches you to take life's punches too.
- Muay Thai: Karnataka state medalist here, so you'll get the tricks that work in real fights.
- Kickboxing: Great to boost stamina and power, especially for folks wanting a solid workout.
- MMA: If you want everything mixed up - striking, grappling, real fight scenarios, this is for you.
- Practical street self-defense: No-nonsense stuff, easy to use if things go south in real life.
How I Train
My sessions are hands-on. Watching is for the movies. Here, you’re working:
- Drilling techniques until they stick
- Sparring, heavy bag, partner work - you’ll sweat, you’ll learn
- Sessions often after office hours in Richmond Town, so it's perfect for winding down
Who I Train
- Beginners - anyone wanting to get confident or just move better
- Serious fighters - I run fight camp preparation, including tactical training and weight cuts
- Busy professionals - most of my folks just want to de-stress and get sharp, and that's totally fine
My Story
Had a big shoulder injury and a long rehab, so trust me, I know what it’s like to start from scratch. Nothing here is instant. It’s a slow grind, but if you stick with it, you’ll see the change.

My Story
I’m Prakash, a fighter to the bone. Karnataka Muay Thai medalist, yeah, but it’s more about dhairya (courage), ekagrata (focus), shakti (strength). Had a shoulder busted up, surgery, rehab – boring as hell, but you keep moving, inch by inch. When I’m not training, I’m messing with my keyboard, or hanging with my crazy husky Obhi and my burger joint Ramary Crumb. Life’s a grind, but I love the fight.
My Work
Kick Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Self Defense, Functional Fitness - I train folks in personal and group setups, whether you want to fight or just get strong.
Mental Fortitude & Persistence - Dhairya, ekagrata, shakti. We chase progress, not perfection. Show up, even when it sucks.
All Levels Welcome - Corporate folks, moms, fighters – if you’ve got will, I’ve got your back. Age doesn’t matter.
No-Nonsense Training - I push hard. You’ll learn the sweet science and build real resilience. No magic, just sweat.
