Training Breakdown

  • Race pace swim workouts: We do race simulations, practice starts, and regular time trials. You’ll get comfortable with real swim meet pressure.
  • Advanced swim stroke technique: Classes focus on freestyle, backstroke, and even tough stuff like flip turns and underwater kicks.
  • Strength & dryland: We train outside the pool too, targeting core and overall power so you actually see gains in the water.
  • For anyone eyeing longer distances, I also coach for open water events like river marathons and sea swims.

Facilities & Achievements

  • You’ll train at either our Olympic-size pool in Wilson Garden or our indoor heated pool in JP Nagar, both in Bangalore.
