Monthly All-Access Training Pass
Core Combat Disciplines
- Striking: 3-4 sessions weekly covering Muay Thai (clinch, elbows) and Boxing (footwork, head movement).
- Grappling: 3-4 sessions weekly for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi/No-Gi submissions) and Wrestling (takedowns, sprawl defense).
- MMA Integration: Cage work, ground-and-pound drills, and transition flows.
- Sparring: Supervised technical sparring in the octagon requiring coach approval and gear.
Facility & Equipment
- Training Zones: Full use of matted floors, MMA Cage (Octagon), and heavy bag section.
- Strength & Conditioning: Access to tires (flips/sledgehammer), plyometric boxes, medicine balls, and free weights.
- Environment: Non-AC, high-ventilation industrial setting designed for heat acclimation.
Fighter Support
- Competition: Assistance in finding suitable amateur bouts (Kickboxing, BJJ, MMA).
- Cornering: Ringside strategy and instruction from coaches during local tournaments.

How We Train
We don’t do shortcuts. Our coaches break down every part of MMA:
- Striking: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing. Endless pad work, footwork, and cage sparring.
- Grappling: BJJ, Wrestling, Judo. Every roll teaches something new - takedowns, submissions, ground-and-pound.
- Strength & Conditioning: Functional circuits, plyos, and strength work to build that never-quit engine.

Led by Head Coach Shiv Prasad, our team is full of experienced fighters. We’re loud, direct, and always in your corner. You’ll hear us shouting, “Kai mele etkond aadu!” (Fight with your hands up!) because your fight is our fight.

My Story
We are Bengaluru MMA. This place? Not just a gym, it’s our fight family. Come in, leave your worries at the door. We push hard, we shout, we believe in you even when you don’t. My Work
All-round Combat Training - We coach MMA, Kickboxing, Judo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Self Defence, plus functional MMA training.
Fight Camp Experience - This isn’t a fancy gym. We train hard, win together, and learn together. Real talk, real instructions.
Local Language Coaching - We mix English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil. You’ll hear 'ತಲೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಡ' (don’t lower your head) and more.
