- Lane Type: Shared lanes with circle swimming rules during peak hours.

- Gear: Nylon/Lycra swimwear and Swimming Cap are mandatory (must bring your own).
- Amenities: Access to communal showers and changing rooms.
- Storage: Open cubbies available (BYO padlock for lockers).

Kids Standard Coaching Program

Parent-Toddler Water Safety Course
Program Details

- Location: Conducted exclusively at JP Nagar (Indoor Heated Pool).
- Schedule: 12 sessions spread over a month (~3 days/week).
- Duration: 30 to 45 minutes per session (limited for child comfort).
Mandatory Requirements
- Parental Role: 1:1 Parent participation in the water is required.
- Hygiene: Waterproof Swim Diapers are mandatory for the child (not included in fee).
Skills Covered
- Focus: Water acclimation, reflex stimulation, and parent-child bonding.
- Safety: Teaching toddlers wall-grabbing and turning techniques.

Programs for Every Level and Age
- Learn to Swim: Good for both adults and kids. If you’re a total newbie or just rusty, I run month-long batches from scratch. You’ll pick up all the basics in a friendly group.
- Tiny Tots & Toddlers: Babies and toddlers (from 6 months up) get in the pool with their parent at our JP Nagar indoor pool. This is all about water safety for toddlers, comfort, and just getting used to being in the water. Don’t forget the waterproof diaper and your cap!
- Ladies-Only Batches: Want privacy? Try our ladies-only swimming pool sessions at JP Nagar. No fuss, just a relaxed space to learn.
- Intermediate & Advanced: If you know your way around the pool, let’s work on strokes, flip turns, and basic diving. I even add dryland drills for extra strength.
- Inclusive Swims: Kids with special needs get lessons tailored for them. My aim is to make things fun and easy for every child.
- Summer Splash Camps: Swim camp for children, packed with games and flexible timings.

- JP Nagar: Indoor, heated, great for year-round swimming and little ones.
- Wilson Garden: Outdoor, Olympic-size, perfect if you like open skies.
My Coaching Style
Expect a hands-on, technical approach but with plenty of laughs. I use kickboards, noodles, and warm-ups every session. Students say I’m strict with technique but never boring.
