About Competitive Swim Training
Who This Is For
If you’re serious about swimming and want to take it up a notch, you’ll find your place here. Whether you’re a teen aiming for state level swim competition prep, an elite or national swimmer, a Masters swimmer, or a triathlete needing a push in freestyle, I’m here to help you get there.
What We Focus On
- Technique is everything. I get pretty particular about details in all four strokes. Even small things like your hand entry or turn can make a big difference.
- Workouts are built for your goals, not just endless laps. You’ll see a mix of endurance sets, speed work, and advanced stroke correction drills.
- We don’t skip dryland. Expect core, strength, and mobility - because a strong body means a faster swimmer.
- Injury prevention is huge. Warm-ups, cool-downs, and listening to your body are part of the deal.
How We Train
You’ll train in a batch that matches your level. Got big goals? I’ll push you. Just starting out with competitive swim training? We start from the basics and build up. Triathlon swim coaching or Masters swim workout plans, I’ve got specialized sessions just for those.
Why Us
It’s not just about medals here. It’s about being part of a team, loving the grind, and actually enjoying the process. I’ll be real - it’s tough, but if you stick with it, you’ll see the results.

My Story
We’re PM Swimming Centre, right in the middle of Jayanagar. It’s not just a pool here, it’s team spirit, medals, and loads of cheering. Our head coach Neelkanth and seniors Prashanth and Anil push our kids to win at KSA State Champs, but honestly, watching a kid go from splashing in the toddler pool to standing on the podium? That’s the real win. Every lap, every medal, every smile in the water - that’s us.
My Work
Swimming classes for all ages - From toddler swimming lessons to competitive swim coaching and ladies-only swimming classes, we’ve got it covered.
Top-notch pools and hygiene - Our pools (50m, 25m, toddler) are clean and safe, with strict water checks.
Expert coaches for every goal - Our coaches help with technique, confidence, and even Ironman swim training if you’re up for it.
Safety always comes first - On-site first-aid and medical support for all swimmers, so you can just focus on your swim.
