Kickboard drills are essential for building leg strength and a powerful, consistent kick. Here, my swimmers are working on their flutter kick, a fundamental component of freestyle and backstroke.

Here is the reality of our technical training: we use a 'stop-and-fix' method that can be mentally tiring because we demand perfection on every single lap. If you are used to just swimming for distance, be prepared to slow down, isolate your stroke elements with drills, and unlearn some habits before you see your speed increase.

Our advanced training is designed for those ready to get technical, focusing on the mechanics that separate recreational swimmers from competitive athletes.
Our Approach
- The 1:4 Ratio: We keep our groups small to ensure every swimmer gets direct attention. This isn't a crowded public pool session; this is a focused environment where we analyze your catch, your rotation, and your underwater kick.
- Video Analysis: We use smartphone-based surface video reviews to show you exactly what is happening in the water. Seeing your stroke from the deck changes your understanding of your own mechanics.
- Drill-Based Learning: You will spend significant time using fins, snorkels, and kickboards to isolate specific muscle groups. We want to build muscle memory that holds up even when you are fatigued in the final meters of a race.
Training Facilities
You can choose the environment that suits your training cycle. We operate out of the 50m Olympic-size pool in Wilson Garden, which is ideal for race simulations and long-course practice. For more controlled technical sessions, we also utilize our indoor heated pool in JP Nagar.
Beyond the Water
Technical refinement isn't limited to the pool. Our modules incorporate dryland conditioning on the pool deck to build the core stability and shoulder health required to sustain powerful strokes.
