This is the energy of race day. Here, my swimmers are putting their training to the test, exploding off the starting blocks in a competitive heat. We practice race simulations constantly so this moment feels like second nature.

Results speak for themselves. I'm incredibly proud of Shubranth Patra for his dominant performance at the Khelo India University Games 2023, securing multiple gold medals. This is the level of excellence we strive for.

Our Training Approach

These workouts are not an afterthought, they are a fundamental part of the 90 to 120-minute daily training cycle. By conditioning outside the pool, we help our swimmers maintain form and speed even when they are nearing the end of a race.
