Power in the water starts on land. Our dryland programs focus on building core strength, flexibility, and overall power to directly translate into faster swim times.

Open Water & Marathon Swimming

I also coach athletes for the unique challenges of open water events. This includes training for river marathons and sea swims, focusing on endurance, navigation, and strategy.
