This is where strength meets the fight. I run high-intensity circuits, jump rope for footwork, and heavy bag work for boxing and Muay Thai. This builds an engine that doesn't quit.

Learn the "gentle art" from the ground up. I break down fundamental movements like bridging and shrimping, and we drill them until they become second nature. This is about technique and leverage, not just brute force.

Mobility & Mental Resilience

A strong body needs a strong mind and the flexibility to endure. We incorporate mobility drills, bodyweight exercises, and end our sessions with meditation to build a truly resilient athlete.
