This isn't about looking good in the mirror. It's about building a body that can handle a fight and a mind that refuses to quit. Welcome to the daily grind.

The calm before the storm. Our members getting ready on the mats, a community of individuals preparing to push their limits together.

A typical class scene. Everyone is focused, moving, and learning. This is the everyday porrada, the daily grind where we get better together.

Cardio isn't boring here. Jump rope is a fundamental tool for developing footwork, timing, and endurance, essential for any fighter.

A student works on his jump rope technique, a key part of our combat conditioning warm-ups and workouts.

The focus of a fighter. This shot captures the intensity and concentration required during a heavy bag workout.

Men, women, and kids training side-by-side. This is our community, learning Muay Thai techniques together in a supportive and high-energy environment.

About this collection

We do not use fancy machines here. You will find barbells, kettlebells, and heavy bags because that is what builds real-world power. Whether you are here to sharpen your footwork for Muay Thai or just need an engine that does not quit, these circuits are designed to expose your weaknesses and rebuild them into strengths.

Our approach to Combat Conditioning is built on three pillars: functional strength, explosive power, and pure mental resilience. We strip away the gimmicks found in commercial gyms. When you step onto our high-density EVA puzzle mats in Kammanahalli, you are training with a community that prioritizes substance over aesthetics.

The Training Protocol

We focus on the posterior chain with compound lifts like deadlifts and hip thrusts. This is the engine that drives your movement. We layer in plyometrics and kettlebell swings to build explosive hip drive and speed. For cardiovascular health, we ditch the treadmill. We use jump rope sessions and high-intensity circuits to develop the specific footwork and timing required for Muay Thai and boxing.

Why We Train This Way

Training is done barefoot, just like in a real combat scenario. This connects you directly to the floor, improving your balance and stability. You will learn to move with purpose, whether you are throwing a clean cross or managing your guard. It is high-energy, it is intense, and it requires focus.

Who This Is For

This is not just for fighters. If you are a beginner looking to get strong, or if you want to complement your existing Jiu-Jitsu or MMA practice, you fit right in. We have a mix of men, women, and kids who all show up, push through the circuit, and support each other. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start putting in the work, this is where you belong. Os.
