This is where we build power. I push my students with intense pad work drills to develop knockout strength and sharp reflexes for real-world self-defense.

Fights often end up on the ground. I teach practical grappling and BJJ techniques so you are prepared for any situation, building strength and control from the ground up.

It's never too early to build confidence. I offer personal training for kids, teaching them basic boxing and self-defense in a fun way that builds discipline and focus for life.

This is a huge achievement. Earning a 1st Dan Black Belt takes years of dedication, and I am proud to guide students on their journey to reaching the highest levels in martial arts.
