About Kids & Youth Program
I don't just teach kids how to punch; I teach them to be alert. In my classes, we use EVA foam mats to keep things safe while they learn real striking and grappling techniques. Whether your child is 8 or 16, they start with the basics—proper stance, footwork, and balance—so they build habits that actually stick. It’s not about showing off, it’s about getting them off the screens and building real, tangible strength.

- Real Skills: We cover kickboxing, boxing, and grappling basics so they understand how to defend themselves effectively.
