I teach women to be strong, alert, and capable. Whether you want to learn real-world self-defense or just get in the best shape of your life, we start from the basics and build up from there. Join my MMA Fitness Zone family in Vile Parle to train, sweat, and build genuine confidence.

You will learn to move, slip punches, and defend yourself using real, repeatable drills on the mats, not just theory. Whether it’s a 1-on-1 private session or a group class, my goal is for you to walk out feeling safer and physically stronger than you walked in.
