The gym is buzzing during a group session. Everyone is paired up, working on boxing drills and pushing each other to get better with every round.
Our beach day sessions are all about functional fitness and fun. We do everything from animal flow movements in the sand to team-based challenges like tug-of-war.
Starting the day strong with our morning outdoor batch. We take the training outside to work on kickboxing drills with pads and shields in the fresh air.

In these group batches, you aren't just punching a bag; you are part of a squad. We train on EVA foam mats designed for safety during grappling drills, and our routines mix HIIT, striking, and functional movement. Whether it’s an early morning outdoor session or an evening sparring round, you get consistent feedback on your form—we don't let bad habits stick.
