I do not believe in magic pills or complicated routines. In my sessions, we focus on the basics done right: proper form, consistent reps, and intensity. Whether we are training at HSR Fitness World or via a live video call, my goal is to make sure you leave knowing you have actually worked for your progress.
I am AFAA certified, and my approach to fitness is simple. We work on strength, conditioning, and consistency. When you train with me, you are not just following a video. I watch your form, fix your posture, and manually spot your lifts to ensure you can safely push your limits.
My Training Approach

Strength & Conditioning: I prioritize compound movements like squats and bench presses. If you are training with me in HSR Layout, I provide manual spotting so you can safely approach your max weight without worrying about injury.

High-Energy Cardio: My HIIT and kickboxing sessions are designed to burn fat and build endurance. We use battle ropes, medicine balls, and fast-paced pad work. It gets loud and sweaty, just how a good workout should be.

Flexibility & Recovery: I do not ignore mobility. We include PNF stretching and dedicated mobility work to ensure your joints stay healthy, especially if you spend long hours at a desk.

Training Options: Whether you want to visit my studio in HSR Layout, need me to come to your home, or want to follow a structured plan online, I have a format that works. For online clients, we use video check-ins to review your technique and adjust your diet charts regularly.
