I’m Usha, and my personal training is about more than just numbers on a scale. Whether we train at a studio in Indiranagar or online, my goal is to help you move with intention, build real strength, and feel alive.

This is my secret. I truly believe we get what we want in life only when we are ready to receive it. My coaching philosophy is about helping you open your mind and heart to believe in your own potential.

If you’re navigating a busy week, managing travel, or dealing with specific joint pain, we adjust the intensity in real-time. You don’t need to be fit to start; you just need to show up.
