I’m Usha, and my personal training is about more than just numbers on a scale. Whether we train at a studio in Indiranagar or online, my goal is to help you move with intention, build real strength, and feel alive.
This is my secret. I truly believe we get what we want in life only when we are ready to receive it. My coaching philosophy is about helping you open your mind and heart to believe in your own potential.

About this collection
We’ll start with a check-in on how you're feeling, not just your fitness metrics. My sessions blend mobility, HIIT, and strength work, but everything is modular. If you’re navigating a busy week, managing travel, or dealing with specific joint pain, we adjust the intensity in real-time. You don’t need to be fit to start; you just need to show up.
My approach to personal training is built on the belief that fitness should adapt to your life, not the other way around. I don't believe in cookie-cutter routines. When we work together, we design a plan that accounts for your energy levels, your schedule, and the equipment you have access to.
Why my approach works:
- Warrior Fusion: I integrate my signature Warrior Rhythm (yoga-inspired flow) with Warrior Strength (functional training). This keeps things interesting and ensures you are working on mobility, stability, and raw strength all in one session.
- Bangalore-Based Support: I run in-person sessions at premium studios like Copper + Cloves in Domlur, Chakra Athletica in Central Bangalore, and Centre for KALA on Cunningham Road. If you are in the city, we can train face-to-face where I can focus on micro-adjustments for your form and safety.
- Online and Hybrid Flexibility: For those with unpredictable schedules, I offer remote coaching. This includes weekly plans delivered via app, video form reviews, and strategy calls to keep you consistent. I have plenty of experience programming for people on the move, including hotel-room modifications for when you are traveling.

I specialize in helping women build strength—especially those of us who grew up without a focus on lifting weights. If you are worried about past injuries or just starting your fitness journey, we will prioritize safe alignment and joint health over heavy, uncontrolled lifting. We build the foundation first, then we build the power. My goal is for you to walk away from our time together feeling energized, not drained.
