How I Work
- Assessment & Setup: We start by looking at your current space and equipment. If you have nothing, we go with bodyweight HIIT. If you have a few dumbbells, we add resistance. It is all about working with what you have.
- The 'Me vs Me' Mindset: Fitness is mental. I am here to push you, but you have to show up. Whether it is a 1-on-1 virtual call where I watch your form in real-time or a custom 4-week program, I focus on building sustainable habits.
- Nutrition, No Fads: You can't out-train a bad diet. I help you with macronutrient guidance that works with Indian home-cooked meals, not expensive, unrealistic diets. We focus on protein, carbs, and fats that you actually eat.

- Transformation Mentorship: If you are ready to go all in, this is the deep dive. I do daily accountability, meal photo verification, and strategy calls to make sure you are hitting your targets every single day.
