About Cardio, Aerobics & Group Classes
In these group sessions, we focus on high-rep endurance using structured commands rather than just following music. I move through the group to correct your form, hold focus pads for kickboxing, and keep the intensity high so you actually feel the work in your core and legs after every 60-minute session.
My group classes are built for people who want results, not just a distraction. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or just want to improve your cardiovascular health, these sessions combine different methodologies to keep your body guessing.
What you can expect in class:
- Cardio Kickboxing: I use focus pads for real striking work. It builds endurance and coordination much better than just shadowboxing in the air.
- Aerobics: We stick to high-energy, effective movements. There are no complicated dance routines that take weeks to learn; we focus on the repetition that burns calories.
- HIIT & Conditioning: On days when we mix in intensity, we utilize the functional zone at HSR Fitness World. You will see ropes, medicine balls, and plyo boxes used for drills that actually improve your athletic ability.
I do not believe in easy classes. If you are joining my session, be ready to move on my count. I am there to spot you, motivate you, and make sure you do not waste your time. We keep the group sizes manageable so I can see everyone and offer direct, immediate feedback on your posture and technique. If you have been looking for an instructor who watches your form and pushes you to your limit, you are in the right place.
