About My Training Environments
When we train at HSR Fitness World, we use the full functional zone—from plyo boxes for explosive movements to squat racks for heavy compound lifts. Having access to this specific equipment allows me to provide immediate form correction and manual spotting, which is vital when you are pushing for your max weights or perfecting your lifting technique.
My approach to training relies on having the right environment to support your goals. Whether you are aiming for hypertrophy, weight loss, or functional strength, the setting dictates the intensity.
HSR Fitness World Sessions
For those visiting me at my studio in HSR Layout, we utilize a fully equipped functional zone. This is where we do the heavy lifting. I use this space for:
- Compound Lifts: Utilizing squat racks and barbells to build foundational strength.
- Functional Training: Incorporating tractor tires, battle ropes, and medicine balls for conditioning.
- Active Recovery: Using the space for PNF stretching to assist with mobility post-workout.
Training at Your Place
If you prefer home training across Bangalore, I bring the gym to you. I pack portable gear—resistance tubes, boxing pads, and agility cones—to ensure your living room session is just as effective as a gym workout. We focus on bodyweight mastery, calisthenics, and cardio kickboxing.
Regardless of the location, the focus remains the same: strict form, controlled reps, and steady progress. I don't just count the time; I count the effort you put in. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, let's get to work.
