My running group at Sarakki Lake is for everyone who believes they can go the distance. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, I provide the coaching and community support to help you hit your stride and achieve your running goals.
This is a glimpse into one of my fat-burning group classes. Everyone is focused, pushing through the burn together. These sessions are designed to be intense, effective, and create a powerful sense of shared accomplishment.
