About My Fitness Journey

I am AFAA certified, but my real qualification is the sweat we put in. My training focuses on compound movements and strict form correction. You will not find cookie-cutter routines here. Whether we are doing heavy lifts at the gym or bodyweight training at your home, I track every rep to ensure you are making real progress.
