About My Fitness Journey
I am AFAA certified, but my real qualification is the sweat we put in. My training focuses on compound movements and strict form correction. You will not find cookie-cutter routines here. Whether we are doing heavy lifts at the gym or bodyweight training at your home, I track every rep to ensure you are making real progress.
When you train with me, you are not just getting a workout. You are getting a plan that adapts to your body. I use manual spotting to help you push safely on heavy compound lifts like squats and bench presses. If we are doing cardio kickboxing, I am right there holding the focus pads, pushing you to keep your hands up even when you are tired. I know starting is hard, especially if you have been sitting at a desk all day. That is why I prioritize mobility and PNF stretching to help you recover and move without pain. I keep it simple: we define your goal, we set the intensity, and we hit it. Whether you prefer the energy of a crowded gym floor at HSR Fitness World or the comfort of a 6x6 ft space in your living room, the goal remains the same. You show up, you give your best effort, and I handle the rest. I keep my sessions direct and focused. No fluff, no endless talking, just the work.
