My focus here is on building functional strength with proper form. I guide you through compound lifts and targeted exercises using barbells and dumbbells, always ensuring your safety.
Cardio, Aerobics & Group Classes
Join my high-energy group sessions to burn calories and make fitness fun. I lead everything from aerobics and Zumba to intense core workouts in a supportive and motivating environment.
Kickboxing & HIIT
I offer dynamic cardio kickboxing and Taebo workouts that build endurance, burn fat, and boost confidence. Sessions include sparring drills, bag work, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Flexibility & Core Strength
Improving mobility and mastering bodyweight movements are key parts of my training. I guide you through advanced stretches and foundational calisthenics to improve your range of motion and control.
