About Kickboxing & HIIT
In these sessions, I focus on real movement and immediate feedback. Whether we are hitting focus pads for kickboxing combinations or running through high-intensity interval drills, I am right there counting your reps and correcting your form to ensure you get the most out of every minute. We can train at HSR Fitness World where I have the equipment to push your cardio limits safely, or I can bring the intensity directly to your home.
Why Kickboxing & HIIT?
My training approach is about more than just sweating. Cardio kickboxing and Taebo are excellent for improving your balance, reflexes, and overall cardiovascular health. When I add HIIT into the mix, we raise the heart rate to maximize caloric burn and build functional strength that carries over into your daily life.
What to Expect
I run these sessions with a focus on safety and technique. You will not find me standing back and just watching. I actively hold focus pads for your strikes and use resistance bands for agility work. If we are doing in-studio training at HSR Fitness World, you get access to the full functional zone, including heavy bags and plyo boxes.
For home training, I bring the essentials—resistance tubes, boxing gloves, focus pads, and agility cones. All I need from you is a clear 6x6 ft space. Regardless of the location, you can expect:
- Immediate Correction: I use tactile cues and verbal commands to fix your form instantly.
- Assisted Recovery: We wrap up with guided PNF style stretching to manage muscle soreness.
- Real Intensity: My coaching style is demanding. I count the moves, I push the pace, and I make sure you do not take shortcuts.
Training Options
- In-Studio: Perfect if you want to utilize gym equipment like heavy bags and squat racks for strength and conditioning.
- At-Home: Ideal for saving time. I travel to your location in HSR Layout and surrounding areas.
- Remote Coaching: If you have your own routine but need a plan, I provide weekly workout charts and form review feedback.
