Whether we are hitting focus pads for kickboxing combinations or running through high-intensity interval drills, I am right there counting your reps and correcting your form to ensure you get the most out of every minute. We can train at HSR Fitness World where I have the equipment to push your cardio limits safely, or I can bring the intensity directly to your home.
