My Hands-on Coaching Approach in Action

About My Coaching in Action
I don't believe in passive instruction. When you are learning a backflip or even a basic cartwheel, my hands are on you—spotting, guiding, and ensuring you don't bail mid-move. It is about building trust in your own body so you don’t let fear win. Whether you are 6 or 60, my job is to be the safety net while you push the boundaries of what you thought you could do.
My Coaching Philosophy
I run my classes at our Sector 37D and Sector 11 facilities with one simple rule: Jaan lagana seekhiye (learn to put your soul into it). Gymnastics is not just about the final move; it is about the thousands of reps that get you there. When you train with me, you are not just a number in a group.
What To Expect On The Mat
- Active Spotting: I am not one of those coaches who sits on a chair. I am actively spotting students on the trampoline, floor, and bars. If you are learning a handstand, I am there to guide your alignment until you find your balance.
- Mental Toughness: Man ke jeete jeet hai (Victory is in the mind). When you feel tired, that is usually your mind quitting, not your body. If we set a target of 10 reps, expect to do 15. We build the discipline to finish what you start.
- Structured Progression: We start with the basics—rolls, bridge holds, and core conditioning—to build a foundation. You don't get to the advanced aerial skills until you have mastered the floor basics. Safety is non-negotiable; we use professional-grade crash mats for every drill.
- Real Talk: I am direct. If your form is off, I will tell you. If you are slacking, you will hear it. But if you show up with the desire to work, I will be the one in your corner until you stick the landing.
