About Competitive Gymnastics Coaching
What Drives Us
The Gymnastics Academy is all about building real champions, not just teaching routines. Every day here, we push for progress, and our motto says it all: Houslon ki udaan! (The flight of courage!). We know it takes hard work, guts, and stubbornness to reach the top. No shortcuts, just sweat.
Results That Matter
Our athletes show what we’re about. Medals from the Delhi Open State Gymnastics Championship and title of Delhi State Champions 2024-25 are proof. The academy itself is often chosen for big competitions, which means the community trusts us.
Training Approach
Our competitive program isn’t for dabblers. For juniors, we drill the basics till they stick. Training is tough, with daily focus on strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. We work across floor, bars, beam, and vault. I push for straight legs ekdam, full kicks jaane do poori, and when it clicks, a simple bahut badhiya (very good) is enough. Repetition is our tool for mastery.
Learn From the Best
We bring in international coaching methods through regular camps with top global coaches, like Mr. Thomas Gerard. Learning advanced gymnastics techniques from experts gives our athletes the edge they need for elite gymnastics training.
Our Facility
Training happens on world-class, FIG-approved apparatus. We’ve got everything - bars, beams, tumble tracks, and big foam pits for safe landings. The setup is designed so hard work can turn into real results.

My Story
Folks say I’m the heartbeat of TGA, and yeah, this place is my world. I’ve been an international gymnast, now I coach India’s team—big shoes, big dreams. Every day, I watch our kids chase medals, nail crazy flips, and fill up our Hall of Fame. Akshat’s win at Junior Asian, those 50+ national medals, even legends like Dipa dropping by—those are wild moments. But honestly, nothing beats seeing a kid land their first flip or just grin after a tough routine. That’s why we do it.
