Toddler Gymnastics (18 Months - 3.5 Years)
Schedule
- 2 classes per week.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per session.
Activities
- Soft play navigation through foam tunnels, wedges, and soft stairs.
- Basic motor skills including jumping mechanics, running, and assisted forward rolls.
- Interactive drills using props like Hula hoops, bean bags, and cones.
Safety & Setup
- Coach assisted hanging on low bars and walking on low height balance beams.
- Full EVA padded flooring and crash mats.
- High supervision ratio for toddler safety.
Standard Recreational Gymnastics (4 - 14 Years)
Schedule
- 3 classes per week.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
Core Skills Training
- Floor Work: Forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and round offs.
- Flexibility: Structured stretching for front/side splits and back arch mobility.
- Strength: Bodyweight conditioning including planks and leg lifts.
Apparatus Access
- Air Track usage for low impact tumbling practice.
- Balance Beam drills for posture and basic mounts.
- Vaulting Box approach runs and squat ons.
- Bar work including hanging leg raises and chin up progressions.

Advanced Curriculum

- Apparatus: Routine construction for Uneven Bars, Vault, and Balance Beam tailored for scoring.
Competition Prep

Live Online Gymnastics (KidsGym@Home)
Format
- Live interactive sessions (typically 2 to 3 times per week).

Content
- Space conscious drills requiring approximately 6x6 ft clear area.
- Strength and flexibility conditioning using household items or body weight.
- Fundamental movement patterns including animal walks and basic balancing.
- Note: No access to physical facility or equipment.

What We Do
- For ages 18 months to 14 years, we’ve got something for every stage. Even if your kid is just learning to walk or already practicing headstands at home, we fit them in.
- Our toddler gymnastics activities and beginner tumbling classes for kids focus on playful movement, obstacle courses, and games, making sure even the tiniest ones learn at their own pace.
- For kids who want more, we have a track leading to competitive gymnastics. We coach them for district, state, or national meets if that’s their thing.
The Class Vibe
- Warm-ups, skill stations, silly challenges—no two classes feel the same.
- We use pro equipment: soft mats, air tracks, beams, wall bars, and more. Safety comes before showing off.
- “Knees andar rakho achhe se!” (Keep your knees in, properly!) You’ll hear this a lot. Our coaches give real-time tips in a way kids actually get.

- We use a simple certification program—every skill learned gets recognized. Kids love collecting those badges.

My Story
Hey, we’re Sportyze – childhood is our jam, not just a stage. Started with a wild idea: make fitness pure fun for kids, like real power time! We’ve grown from one spot to Indirapuram, Noida, Gurugram, Greater Noida. NSRCEL believed in us too. Our coaches? Real gurus, sometimes even Olympians! Biggest joy? Watching a shy kid beam with their first medal. That’s the Sportyze vibe – muscle, mindset, and magic.
