Floor & Tumbling Gymnastics Classes
Mastering the mat is about more than just flipping. It is about discipline, core strength, and the mental grit to push through. Whether you are learning your first cartwheel or perfecting a back handspring, we start with your foundation.
A demonstration of a powerful back salto. This move requires precise timing and explosive leg strength, skills we develop through targeted drills and conditioning.
This video showcases two different athletes executing advanced tumbling passes with twists. Hard work is the only path to achieving this level of aerial control and clean landings.
A moment of achievement. This student lands her floor twist for the first time, a testament to her perseverance and the structured training process we follow.
We work on progress with positivity. This gymnast is mastering the moon salto, a complex floor skill that combines a flip with a full-body rotation.

Preparing for upcoming championships requires intense focus. This is a clip of a gymnast refining his floor exercise routine, linking multiple tumbling passes.
About Floor & Tumbling Skills
You might think gymnastics is about being naturally flexible, but on this mat, it is purely about repetition and core control. We do not skip the basics like forward rolls or bridge holds, because those are the only things keeping you safe when you eventually try a salto or a full twist. If you come here, prepare to drill the fundamentals until they are second nature.
Why Your Floor Game Matters
The floor is where every gymnast learns to fight gravity. Before you attempt an advanced tumbling pass or a back handspring, you need to master body tension. My sessions at Zero Gravity are structured to build this from the ground up, moving from basic floor work to complex aerial skills.
Progression Methodology
We follow a strict, safe progression:
- Foundational Awareness: Learning how to roll, fall, and bridge without injury.
- Strength Conditioning: Building the explosive core power required for jumps and rotations.
- Technical Drilling: Using specialized aids like crash mats and spotting to safely attempt walkovers, saltos, and twists.
Our Facility in Gurugram
I run these classes with industrial fans and high-ceiling warehouse space, ensuring you have the vertical clearance you need to train hard. We utilize professional-grade crash mats and safety padding. Whether you are a beginner in Sector 37D or someone looking to refine their competitive routine, the environment is built to sustain high-intensity work.
The Mental Game
Man ke jeete jeet hai (Victory is in the mind). You will fail, you will wobble, and you might get frustrated. That is part of the process. I am there to spot you, but you have to be the one to push for that 15th rep when your body tells you to stop at 10. This is how we build champions.
