My Fitness Journey: Progress Over Perfection
Fitness isn't about looking perfect. It’s about showing up, pushing through the hard days, and celebrating every small win along the way. See how I train.
These are the unfiltered moments from my practice. The journey isn't always easy or perfect. There are falls and struggles, but every attempt makes you stronger. It takes years to get better, and that's okay.
This was a big day for me. I was working on overcoming my fear of falling while practicing handstands. Learning to safely fall into a wheel pose gave me the confidence to keep practicing. Kya baat hai.
Some days you just need to restart and reset, as many times as you need. This is me, just doing push-ups at home, reminding myself that showing up is the most important part.
Just some thoughts from my heart. Life has ups and downs for everyone, but we have to keep smiling and find solutions. Happiness should be our priority. This positive mindset is something I bring to our training sessions too.
About My Journey: Progress Over Perfection
Let’s be real, some days you’ll want to skip your workout. When you train with me, we don't aim for perfection on day one. We focus on consistent progress—whether that's nailing your first proper push-up, finding balance in a handstand, or just showing up to the mat when you're tired. I’ll help you adapt exercises to your energy levels so you don't burn out, because discipline beats motivation every single time.
My hybrid approach to fitness is designed for people who feel stuck between the calm of a yoga mat and the challenge of the gym. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Whether you are looking to build foundational strength or improve your flexibility, we will move at a pace that works for you.
What Training Looks Like
- Hybrid Flow: My sessions blend traditional yoga asanas for mobility with calisthenics progressions for functional strength.
- Real-Time Adaptation: If you're tired or dealing with a specific energy dip, we pivot. It is better to show up and do a light session than to skip it entirely.
- Skill Building: We work on specific goals, like inversions or push-ups, using props to make them accessible from day one.
Training Options in Bengaluru
I offer flexibility in how we work together:
- In-Person: I come to your home, park, or gym in Bengaluru. This allows for tactile adjustments to your form and physical spotting for heavy lifts.
- Online: We use Zoom or WhatsApp for 60-minute sessions that require minimal equipment—just bodyweight and household items like water bottles.
Fitness is a journey, and you don't have to do it alone. We will celebrate the small wins, like that first full rep, because that is where the real change happens. If you are ready to stop chasing perfection and start building a sustainable routine, let’s talk.
