Fitness isn't about looking perfect. It’s about showing up, pushing through the hard days, and celebrating every small win along the way. See how I train.

These are the unfiltered moments from my practice. The journey isn't always easy or perfect. There are falls and struggles, but every attempt makes you stronger. It takes years to get better, and that's okay.

This was a big day for me. I was working on overcoming my fear of falling while practicing handstands. Learning to safely fall into a wheel pose gave me the confidence to keep practicing. Kya baat hai.

Some days you just need to restart and reset, as many times as you need. This is me, just doing push-ups at home, reminding myself that showing up is the most important part.

Just some thoughts from my heart. Life has ups and downs for everyone, but we have to keep smiling and find solutions. Happiness should be our priority. This positive mindset is something I bring to our training sessions too.

I’ll help you adapt exercises to your energy levels so you don't burn out, because discipline beats motivation every single time.
