Real Fitness Motivation and Hybrid Workouts
Fitness isn't always about perfect form. It is about showing up. Here are some honest moments from my gym sessions, handstand practice, and the daily grind that keeps me going.
A quick headstand session at the gym. Even a few minutes of inversion practice can help with circulation, focus, and building core strength.
Finding my moment of peace at the gym with a headstand. It's my therapy and a way to connect with myself, even in a busy environment.
Practicing handstands at home, even in my jeans. It’s a reminder that you can find moments to practice and move your body anytime, anywhere.
Happy International Yoga Day. Yoga is a daily practice of connecting with yourself.
A quick mirror selfie after a good workout. Feeling strong and accomplished.
A gym selfie moment. Loving the process and the journey.
Every struggle has its own beauty. This is a reminder that only you know the backstory and the effort you've put in. Just take a deep breath and live.
That post-workout feeling. There's nothing quite like it.

About More Work & Motivation
You might see me doing a handstand in a reel, but that did not happen overnight. I started with knee push-ups and shaky balance. My sessions focus on these small, honest steps, because I know that progress only comes from consistency, not perfection. Whether you are in a gym or at home, we work on what you can do today, not what you wish you could do tomorrow.
I am just a girl from Patna who found her peace and strength in Bangalore. My fitness journey was not about flashy gym equipment; it started with basic movements and a lot of 'naa ho payga' moments. If you want a trainer who understands that some days you just do not feel like working out, we will get along great.
Why Hybrid Fitness?
I combine strength training with yoga. Why? Because you need the power to lift and the flexibility to move. My gym sessions are structured to keep your form safe, while the yoga flow helps with recovery and calm. It is about a full mind-body approach.
Where We Train
Whether we meet at your home, a local park, or your preferred gym in Bangalore, I adapt the routine. No complex machines? No problem. We use bodyweight, props, and whatever space we have.
What to expect in our sessions:
- Real-time form checks: I ensure you are not getting injured, whether we are doing heavy lifts or calisthenics.
- Mental game: We focus on discipline over temporary motivation. We show up even when the news is bad or energy is low.
- Progression: We track your lifts and hold steady for headstands, eventually. We celebrate every push-up because those small wins add up to big changes.
