My gym sessions focus on building functional strength using free weights and machines. I prioritize correct form to maximize results and prevent injuries, whether we're working on heavy lifts or targeted muscle groups.

Yoga & Flexibility: Finding Balance & Calm

For me, yoga is about creating balance and calm. My practice includes dynamic flows to build heat, deep stretches for flexibility, and challenging asanas like inversions and arm balances. We can practice this anywhere, from my home studio to a park.

Calisthenics & Outdoor Workouts

I love taking workouts outside to a park or open space. We can use bodyweight exercises like pistol squats and push-ups to build strength anywhere, proving you don't always need a gym to get a great workout.

My Journey: Progress Over Perfection

Fitness is a journey, not a destination. I openly share my own struggles and unfiltered moments because progress takes time, discipline, and showing up even on days when you feel like you can't. We're in this together.
