My yoga practice is about finding balance between strength and calm. Whether we're in my home studio or a local park, I help you work on flexibility, inversions, and your own path to peace.
A fun transition I love to practice. This flow moves from a headstand (Sirsasana) into a crow pose (Bakasana), testing balance and core control. It’s a great example of how we can blend different yoga skills in one session.
Practicing yoga in nature in Goa was just magical. This flow includes a headstand to wheel pose (Chakrasana) transition, which is a deep backbend and heart opener. It shows how we can take our practice anywhere.
There is nothing more peaceful than practicing yoga on the beach with the sound of the sea. This is me moving into a wheel pose, or Chakrasana, right by the water. It’s a perfect way to connect with your body and nature.

I don't believe in just forcing a pose. When we work on your splits, backbends, or inversions, I teach you how to use blocks and straps to make these stretches accessible, not painful. It’s about meeting your body where it is today, using safe, step-by-step progressions so you bend without breaking.
Yoga isn't just about touching your toes; it's about the discipline you build to get there. My approach to flexibility is rooted in hybrid fitness—combining traditional yoga asanas with calisthenics-inspired mobility work. This helps you build functional strength while opening up tight muscles.
How We Train
We can work on your practice anywhere that suits you—my home studio, a nearby park, or even through a 1-on-1 virtual session via Zoom or WhatsApp. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics, using household props like cushions or water bottles if you don't have blocks yet. For those looking to master advanced skills like crow pose or a handstand, we focus on the core stability and shoulder strength needed to get you off the ground safely.

I believe in mixing things up. After a solid strength session, we always transition into deep, heat-building flows. This way, your body gets stronger and more flexible at the same time. We track your progress, celebrate the small wins, and move past those days when you feel like 'Naa ho payga' (I can't do it).
