How I See Women's Health

I believe health is about keeping your mind calm and your body moving. My approach is to guide you through every stage, helping you find a way of eating and living that feels right for you, not just following strict rules. Food should be your ally, not your enemy.

  • Vegetarian pregnancy meals - focusing on whole foods and local treasures like amla and jamun for both you and your baby.
  • Postpartum nourishment - helping you heal and regain strength after childbirth, with easy-to-digest, nutrient-rich meals.
  • Healthy breastfeeding diet - making sure you get what you need for lactation and your own energy, with practical options like moong dal and millets.

Food Philosophy

Aur jab hum khane ki baat karte hain, calories ginna zaroori nahi hai (And when we talk about food, counting calories isn’t necessary). I care about nutrients and keeping it simple:

My Story

Hey, I’m Priya. People ask why my skin glows or how I stay fit. Simple - I walk the talk. I love my gym time, but I’m also all for chilling and sleeping it off. Food? Big fan. Homemade pickle, mom’s paneer paratha - unbeatable. Calories don’t count when it’s made with love, that’s my rule. I love sharing what I know, especially with school kids.
