Empower your school community with practical nutrition knowledge. I lead workshops that teach students, teachers, and parents how to fuel growth and health using real food, not fads.

Here I am leading a workshop for teachers on nutrition for their own health and for their students. We discussed why physical health matters and how the school community can work together to build a healthier environment for children.

My sessions are not lecture-heavy theory. Whether I am at a school like Lotus Valley or Amity, I focus on the 'why' behind food choices. We cover actionable topics, such as how to fuel a growth spurt with everyday staples like paneer and lentils, or why sleep and hydration are just as important as the lunchbox content. It is about making nutrition easy to understand for busy parents and students.
