My Food Philosophy

Health starts with what goes into the plate, especially for kids. I really believe food shouldn't be a stress - khana toh dost hai, dushman nahi (food is a friend, not an enemy). I focus more on what to add, not what to cut out, so children get all the nourishment, energy, and healing they need.

What Makes Kids’ Nutrition Unique

Kids' tummies are chhote (small), digest slow, and heavy food fills them up too soon. Too many parathas or puri bhaji can crowd out the good stuff. I keep meals simple and split them up through the day, so their bodies actually use the nutrients.

How I Support Families

  • I help parents handle nutrition challenges: picky eaters (jo sirf aloo khana chahte hain!), malnutrition, and figuring out what preschoolers actually need.
  • Workshops and camps at schools are my way of reaching more families with real, doable tips.
  • For little ones, my 'balanced plate' method is quick: half veggies, quarter grains (roti/rice), quarter protein (paneer, dahi, dal).
  • For teens, we talk about how food choices impact energy, skin, and even mood - kyunki aage ka future isi pe depend karta hai (because the future depends on this).

My Way: Daily, Small Tweaks

I’m not about big, dramatic changes. Adding more fruits, sneaking veggies into fav dishes, swapping out junk - these small things work. Even habits like proper handwashing matter. My job? Guide the whole family to eat better, feel better, and grow strong together.
