Many people come to me worried about not being flexible enough or failing to hold a pose perfectly. I always tell them the same thing: yoga is not about the end result. It is about the process of getting there safely.

In my studio in Sahakar Nagar, we focus heavily on alignment. This means using props like blocks, straps, and wall support to make poses accessible. When you see me teaching Parvatasana (Mountain Pose) or demonstrating a headstand, you will notice I emphasize the 'why' behind every movement. We engage the core, roll the thighs in, and ensure the neck is safe. This technical attention to detail prevents injury and ensures that your practice serves you long-term.

My Teaching Philosophy

My sessions are designed to move beyond the physical. We blend traditional Hatha and Vinyasa sequences with breathwork. You will find that our classes, such as the weekly flow sessions, are capped at 10-15 students. This limit is intentional; it allows me to offer hands-on corrections and verbal guidance so you aren't just following along, but actually learning how to move with awareness.
