My group classes are designed for all levels, blending the foundational poses of Hatha with the dynamic sequences of Vinyasa. We focus on synchronizing breath with movement to build strength, increase flexibility, and quiet the mind.

My kids' yoga classes for ages 5 to 14 are all about playful learning. We combine yoga poses with games, breathing exercises, and activities that improve focus, coordination, and emotional regulation in a fun, supportive setting.
